First Berlin meetup for expats - ideas please!

Hiya, well Carol-Ann and myself will be in Berlin between June 2 and June 8 (fly back the day before my birthday - lucky me!), looking at houses, schools etc.

I thought it would be a good idea to have an initial "get together" during that week. Not knowing the area yet, I thought I would canvass suggestions, and that's where you come in! Where / when would work best for you? For example, one evening during the week? Or daytime? In a bar? A coffee shop? Restaurant? This'll just be a chance for some general chit-chat, get to know one another kind of thing. So, please let me know if you have any preferences and ideas for good places to meet, and then I'll schedule a meetup on the web site
