  •  Thanks for the shout! Sounds like a very lively group and look forward to meeting everyone!

  •  Hi Valerie, I'm fine. Hope you are too. I'm anxiously awaiting the movie Mrs. Brown. It's about Queen Victoria and the friendship she had with one of her horsemen after her husband passed away. I started working from home two months ago. Saves a lot of gas money.

  •  Hi Val; yep, drums r fun! The cats get used to it; ( we have 3 ) check the bass drum first to make sure no one's in there..! I'm self-taught and have played for years in many bands..I've put it on hold lately due to time, and the fickleness of musicians..!
Guitar is more practical..and if you wanted to be in huge demand - bass guitar! You can get instruments for cheap on Craigslist, and there are many instructors in the area. And of course, look to the English for inspiration! Bonham, etc.

  •  Hi Val, sorry to come off so bollocks back there; it was a bit daft of me; and decidedly irrelevant. I guess I was overly riled by the recent primaries..! Yours, - Phil, Knave Of Bombay

  •  Hey Val, yep, that is I!
Unless you count possible hangovers, no injuries!
A group of us decided to rent a lakefront cabin at Wharton State Park ( NJ ) 3 Octobers ago..they're cheap and big ( the cabins, not the people ) and can sleep up to 12. We took advantage of the space and remote location, and one night had a combination jam session/ dance party. I believe that shot was taken during the "down..down" segment of "Rock Lobster"..!!

  •  Valerie,

Do you think we could play down the 'eldest' bit? X
