Tune in for Five Decades of British Rock on the Top 5 at 5 during the Fund Drive - 2/6-2/12. Each day we'll hit the best artists or songs of the '60s / '70s / '80s / '90s / '00s.

On Y-Rock On XPN we?ll play a ton of extra Brit Rock stuff all day long - digging really deep into that 83-97 era - and each Nooner will be 100% Brit rock music.

And we?ll celebrate Brit Rock and what we know will be a very successful fund drive with a night of live DJs spinning great British music, and a new Brit Rock band playing on February 28th at World Cafe Live - all for free, all for members of XPN.

I would be interested to know who is playing on the 28th. Did they announce it? Although, ironically, I will be heading out that night to see The English Beat. To us enlightened, Anglophiles, it is simply, The Beat.
